Potato Soup Cook-off rules...

1. Entry fee is $10.00 per Potato Soup entered. Contestants may enter more than 1 batch of Potato soup.  There will be an award for 1st and 2nd place.

2. All ingredients must be pre-cooked prior to the event, Soup is brought ready to eat.

3. Contestants are responsible for supplying their own utensils and maintenance of it's proper temperature for serving.  Spoons and  cups for use in serving Soup to the general public will be provided. 

4. Each Contestants must cook a minimum of 4 quarts of competition Potato soup.  A portion of this soup will be submitted to the judges and the rest will be for public consumption and  judging.

5. Each contestant will be assigned a "contestant number" by the score keeper and be given a container in which their Soup will be collected  for the judges.

6. The decision of the judges will be final.
