Sweet Potato Casserole Cook-off rules...

1. Entry fee is $10.00 per Casserole entered. Contestants may enter more than 1 Casserole. There will be an award for 1st and 2nd place.

2. All ingredients must be precooked prior to the event, Casserole is brought ready to eat.

3. Contestants are responsible for supplying their own  utensils and  maintenance of it's proper temperature for serving. Spoons and cups for use in serving casseroleto the general public will be  provided.

4. Each contestant must cook a minimum of 2 13x9 pans. A portion of this will be submitted to the judges and the rest will be  for public consumption. 

5. Each contestant will be assigned a "contestant  number" by the score keeper and be given a container in which their Casserole will be  collected for the judges. 

6. The decision of the judges will be final.
